Tubal Reversal Waiting List Vas Reversal Waiting List
Rebecca Mullins

Being placed on the waiting list at Blessed Arrows does not guarantee
that you will be funded or that you will never be removed.

Once accepted to the waiting list, it is your responsibility to notify us of any change of information on your application (ie; phone number, address, church information....any change whatsoever needs to be reported to the leadership team so that we can keep an updated application for you.)  This is your responsibility.

To remain on the waiting list at BA you must send in a monthly donation to the surgical fund.  If for any reason you are not  able to make a donation, you MUST contact us via phone or email to let us know.  We can work with you in a difficult situation, but you must contact us.

We cannot contact you when you do not send in a donation.  There is much paperwork to do to the ministry going so we need you to take the responsibility of making sure your donations arrive on time.  If we do not receive a donation and we do not hear from you, we will have to remove you from the waiting list.  If you contact us and re-commit to monthly donations, after having been removed from the waiting list, we will add you back to the list, but you will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.  If you have been removed from the list for not donating, and have been added back after re-commitment to donating, you may not miss even one donation after this time.

***Once Blessed Arrows has funded your surgery, we have the right to list your name on our funding history website.  Should you desire to have your name removed from our funding history at a later date, that will be possible only after you have refunded all monies given to you for your reversal by Blessed Arrows.  You should understand at the time of receiving the funds that BA keeps a funding history page.  This will guard the ministry against those who just seek to "take the money and run" .

***Once you are funded, you must continue to donate monthly while Blessed Arrows holds your funds awaiting your surgery.

Our charter states that you have six months to schedule your surgery.  If you do not have a way to schedule your surgery within the 6 month window, contact  us before your time is up and explain why to see if there is a way we can work with you on a short extension.  You must stay in constant contact with the leadership while working to schedule your surgery, continue to donate monthly, and continue to be active on the discussion group.  We reserve the right to withdraw your funding if you do not follow these rules.  We understand that difficulties arise and as previously stated, we are willing to work with you through these times.  However, we must see that you are indeed here for the good of the group, not just for a handout.

***BA will collect $2000 towards a Vas Fund and $4000 towards a Tubal Fund

All donations for people on the waiting list are due by the end of the month.  They are considered LATE by the 10th of the following month.  A late donation without any PRIOR contact to the leadership team is grounds for removal from the waiting list with no warning.
THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Please remember the primary purpose this site even exists is to collect donations and FUND these reversal surgeries!!
If that offends you, then this is NOT the place for you.  Collecting donations for the surgeries is what this ministry is about.
Make no mistake...IT IS ABOUT THE MONEY to get the surgeries funded.
