Dr. Nemiro says, "I will be glad to reduce my fees for contributing members of Blessed Arrows so the whole thing costs $6,000.00. We do these procedures as an outpatient with a 24 hour stay in a recovery care center. The patient can either be asleep with general anesthesia or regional anesthesia, where the patient has a spinal anesthetic and is able to be awake during the procedure. 99% of our patients are able to be discharged in less than 24 hours, with the average stay being about 19. We feel comfortable with letting our patients attempt pregnancy about two weeks after surgery. Overall success rates are 61% and the average patient conceives in about seven months."

Once your fund begins being collected, we will also set up a "personal account" in your name that you need to donate towards for the deposit.

Once the fund is completed $2665 and the personal account has reached a balance of $565, the appointment can be made.

To make the appt., I will send the $565 from your personal account for the deposit. You also need to consult with their office then to see what, if any, the extra fees may be that you have. (many ladies do not incur extra fees - it depends on your health)

I will send the balance of the surgery, $2100 to them two weeks prior to your surgery so that you do not have to carry cash with you.

After the surgery, they will send me a bill for any extra fees that were incurred. (which we should already be aware of if you consulted with them when the appt was made. However, sometimes there are unexpected fees that come up once they get into the surgery)

Blessed Arrows will send the remaining amount of the fees, up to but no more than $565, to cover these.

Any amount that is leftover will be reimbursed to you, the patient.
*so in summary, you are responsible for raising the $565 deposit while we collect the $2665 for the surgery. Once surgery is completed and paid for and any extra fees paid to Dr. Perez up to the $565, the extra amount that you paid out of pocket for the deposit, will be reimbursed to you.
I know this sounds somewhat confusing; it is! But we are trying to keep the costs low, keep in good standing with Dr. Perez and having a working situation for all involved including BA, you, and Dr. Perez' office.
