We only accept applications from active members of our discussion group.

If you wish to apply for financial aid with our ministry, be sure you have read our Charter.  

You MUST be a member of our discussion group BEFORE you apply for an application. If you are not a member of the discussion group your application will be declined and your application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Our ministry serves as an emotional and spiritual support system for all who are on this restorative journey.  Participation in the discussion group will allow us to get to know you and allow you to see what the journey is like for others.

If you do not have a yahoo id, you will need to sign up for one in order to have access to yahoo groups.  Once you have submitted a request, a member of the Blessed Arrows Board will approve your membership request. After you are approved, please introduce yourself to the group.

You will be able to edit your preferences in the yahoo group as to how often you receive email updates.  We recommend that you get, at minimum, a daily digest so that you can stay current with the happenings of the group. 

We will be accepting applications again beginning November 8, 2010.

There will be a $30 non-refundable application fee. If your application is accepted, this money will be applied towards the administrative fees which are charged by the doctors for express mailing of final surgical payments when we disperse the funds to the surgeons.

If your application is declined, these funds will go as a donation to the fund for which you applied.

STEP ONE:

Be sure to include your last name, husband and wife's first names, 
email contact, and how you heard about Blessed Arrows.

Be sure you read the application and the requirements, in its entirety,
 before submitting your application fee. The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Be sure you read all instructions. You will be notified (usually between 6-8 weeks) if your application for funding assistance has been accepted or declined. Again, be sure you read the entire application and the requirements before submitting the application.  Blessings on you as you start your reversal journey!

$30 APPLICATION FEE & REQUEST FOR APPLICATION
Be sure you have your application completed and ready to send to the application team 
before paying for your application fee.

 

Please remember the primary purpose this site even exists is to collect donations and FUND these reversal surgeries!!  
If that offends you, then this is NOT the place for you.  Collecting donations for the surgeries is what this ministry is about. 
Make no mistake...IT IS ABOUT THE MONEY to get the surgeries funded.
